The CAS Sustainable Leadership program aims to establish a sustainable leadership culture in companies and public institutions. Our program teaches approaches and methods that serve to ensure long-term corporate success on a socio-economic and ecological level, and promotes the responsible use of resources on an individual level and within their organization as a whole. Current trends and challenges in sustainability, legal requirements as well as practical skills and competencies such as productivity, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, effective communication, agile management and organizational development are more in demand today than ever before.
