Third-party funded projects are an important catalyst for innovation in studies, teaching, qualification, transfer to public, and internationalization. They enable Heidelberg University to test and implement new formats and offerings and to scale them in a targeted manner. Thereby, university-wide goals can be achieved step by step and offerings can be continuously improved to meet specific needs. In this way, these third-party funded projects make a lasting contribution to the future viability of Heidelberg University.
