Take Charge of Your Studies.
How can I study most effectively for an exam? Why am I not enjoying lectures and how can I change that? Why do I no longer have time for my hobbies? And what am I actually supposed to do in this term paper?
To succeed in your studies and engage in (research-based) learning, you need more than just subject-specific knowledge: you also need transferable skills, often referred to as study skills.

Study Skills Self-Learning Modules (Online)
The Department for Teaching and Learning offers you the opportunity to strengthen your study skills through a range of self-guided online modules.
How it works: First, watch the instructional videos for each topic. As you watch, work through the accompanying worksheets mentioned in the videos. You can either print the worksheets and complete them by hand, or fill them out digitally on your computer.
We hope you enjoy working through the modules!
Would you like to explore these topics together with peers and earn ECTS credits?

To study successfully, it helps to reflect on your current learning habits. This allows you to identify areas you'd like to further develop. For a guided self-assessment, we recommend the Self-Reflection Tool offered by the Central Student Advisory Service.
