Due to limited seminar places, participation will be determined by the date the Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning department receives your registration.
Cancellation Fees
- Free of charge: up to five weeks before the start of the program
- 25% of the participation fee: from five weeks before the start of the program
- Full participation fee: from three weeks before the start of the program
- €50 processing fee: if a substitute participant is named, subject to admission by the academic director
Cancellation Insurance
For private individuals, it may be advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance to cover possible short-notice cancellations financially. It must be clarified in advance with your chosen insurer whether all cost factors, such as participation fees, travel, or accommodation, can be included in the insured travel price.
