Degree Programme Management, Ethics, and Innovation in the Nonprofit Sector: Diaconal Leadership and Governance
Nonprofit organisations, like other companies and institutions, need committed leaders who can manage change and innovation processes. Additionally, leaders in social organizations are expected to demonstrate strong value-oriented leadership in their decision-making.

Insights

By combining management knowledge, ethical reflection, and practical projects, the MEINB programme has broadened my competencies in the nonprofit sector with valuable new perspectives. Particularly enriching was the interdisciplinary exchange and learning from the diverse experiences of other participants, which greatly supported my personal and professional development. Engaging with value-oriented action has since had a noticeable impact on my professional practice.
