The data collected via the application form - unless marked as voluntary - is required for processing the continuing education offer and for your individual consultation.

The registration data collected by the Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Department of Heidelberg University is processed exclusively by the department itself.

If it is necessary for the admission of an applicant to a continuing education program, the data will be forwarded to the admitting body. In addition, the data may be shared with the cooperation partner of the respective program for the purpose of providing individual and appropriate consultation.

For some continuing education programs conducted in cooperation, the registration data is not collected by the Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Department. You will recognize this when you are redirected to another website and the recipient does not belong to Heidelberg University. In such cases, the entity collecting the data is itself responsible for compliance with data protection regulations. The Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Department of Heidelberg University will only become aware of this data if it has an organizational or advisory role.
