With the heiGRADE framework, Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning is your partner at every step – from the initial concept through to the successful completion of your program.

• During the conception phase of a heiGRADE program, we advise certificate directors already in the early preparation stage.
• Once the concept has taken clearer shape, we provide peer consultation.
• We support certificate directors in preparing cost calculations. If necessary, we also coordinate with other departments, such as Finance and Procurement.
• Based on the module handbooks and participants’ examination results, we issue final certificates for heiGRADE programs.

After a program has been completed, we assist certificate directors with quality assurance and financial control.
