Degree Programme Theological Studies
For those who wish to reorient after completing a university degree and gaining professional experience and aspire to a pastoral position in the Protestant Church, Heidelberg offers a specially designed continuing education Master’s programme.
Over four semesters, the programme covers all theological disciplines and encourages reflection on previously acquired professional experience in the context of future pastoral practice. Skills gained in non-theological studies and professional life are integrated with methods and content of Protestant theology, fostering the development of an individual theological profile.
