Degree Programme Legum Magister in in Corporate Restructuring
Corporate crises pose major challenges for both the legal and economic systems. In view of the catastrophic consequences of corporate insolvency, the question arises of how such crises can be detected in time and effectively managed. In legal and economic education, however, there is generally far too little room devoted to teaching the knowledge required for this. The Master’s programme Legum Magister in Corporate Restructuring closes this gap.
