Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning horsynergy coaching

Horses can bring about amazing progress in coaching. They promote self-reflection, for example, and encourage coachees to open up emotionally. Horse-assisted coaches have the opportunity to combine their passion for both people and horses.

The blended learning program horsynergy coaching is based on a scientifically grounded general model for using horses effectively and efficiently in coaching. It was developed for both aspiring and experienced coaches who wish to integrate working with horses into their coaching practice.

Horsynergy – a combination of horse and synergy – describes the principle of making the coaching process more effective through the use of horses. Synergy arises from the interaction or synchronization of individual elements. However, the result is more than the sum of its parts – something new emerges. Horses promote synchronization by emotionally opening up coachees and enabling them to connect their cognitive and emotional levels. By observing both the horse and the coachees, the coach can also better understand the patterns that coachees bring with them.

Horsynergy coaching is the only scientifically based and university-certified training program for horse-assisted coaches. Horsynergy coaching is designed for long-term and sustainable success thanks to its three-stage modular structure. Step by step, participants are introduced to coaching with horses in a scientifically sound, professional, and effective manner. The training program is characterized by continuous support from experienced trainers.
