EU-Project Lifelong Guidance 5.0 Exciting Impressions from the „Lifelong Changes“ Conference

Our colleagues Dr. Birgit Stadler and Mareike Bahn, as project partners in the Erasmus project Lifelong Guidance 5.0, attended the conference on the future of educational and career guidance, titled “Lifelong Changes – Transformations in Educational and Career Guidance,” in Vienna on March 23 and 24.
The event focused on engaging presentations and discussions with guidance counselors from across Europe on current trends in the world of work, technology, and counseling practice—particularly regarding the further development of educational and career guidance and the use of AI in counseling.
Over the course of eight sessions, key issues in career counseling were discussed—ranging from language barriers and validation to skills assessments and learning pathways, and including efforts to build trust in counseling systems.
