Information about Language course registration

Registration for language courses can be completed during the designated registration period (s. course offerings):

  1. in heiCO 

    2. (possible for students at the Heidelberg University)

  2. by email: 

    sprachkurs-anmeldung@zsl.uni-heidelberg.de

    3. (possible for all people who are unable to register via heiCO)

    • using the following subject line:  

     Registration for [the desired language course]

    e.g. 1: Registration for semester course English C1.1  
    e.g. 2: Registration for intensive course Spanish A2

    • providing the following information:

    2a. your status at the Heidelberg University, your student ID number if applicable.

    2b. the precise course description (language, level, course name and group if applicable) as well as the heiCO link to the language course of interest.

 

N.B. Make sure that for registering for a course by email, you are using a valid and active student, work or personal email address throughout the entire semester that indicates your status at Heidelberg University (Ph.D. candidate and associates or employees at Heidelberg University, HAI member, student at the Heidelberg University of Education, student at the Mannheim University, external person).

Important To ensure a more efficient organization of our language courses, we kindly remind you to pay the course fees promptly after finalizing the registration. Thank you
